1. Scope of Work
Objective:
Half-day interior photography test session to demonstrate style, lighting, and visual approach suitable for Fima Architects Studio’s forthcoming architectural projects.
Content Focus:
– Interiors of a private residential property (corridors, living areas, architectural detailing)
– Creative compositions highlighting space, light, and form
2. Deliverables
Up to 4 hours on location (including setup)
5 fully retouched final images delivered in high-resolution (JPEG + web-optimised versions)
Online proofing gallery for client selection
Standard editing (exposure, colour correction, perspective adjustment)
Basic perspective and vertical line correction for architectural accuracy
3. Image Usage Rights
Client is granted non-exclusive, perpetual usage for:
Website and digital portfolio
Social media platforms
Press and PR (editorial coverage related to client’s projects)
Rights exclude paid advertising campaigns, print media over ¼-page, or resale/licensing to third parties. Additional licensing available upon request.
4. Fees
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery of the final edited images, provided they meet the agreed technical and stylistic standards outlined in the brief. If images fall below this agreed standard, the photographer will provide reasonable re-editing or a reshoot (if required) at no additional cost within the same project scope.

2 hours interior photography, 4 retouched images £250

5. Credit Toward Full Project
If Fima Architects commissions MP Photography for a full interior shoot within 3 months of the test date, a £100 credit from this session fee will be applied toward the total project cost.
6. Payment Terms
50% deposit due on confirmation of booking (non-refundable)
Payment via bank transfer (details on invoice)
Image usage rights granted upon full payment
7. Turnaround
Proofing gallery: within 5 working days of shoot
Final retouched images: within 10 working days of selection
8. Additional Notes
Client to ensure access and tidiness of property prior to shoot.
Photographer to bring necessary equipment.
Rescheduling due to weather or site conditions must be notified 48 hours prior.
