Deliverables are provided in high-resolution and web-optimised formats, with a pre-agreed usage licence for your specific requirements. Travel within London is included at no extra cost, with travel outside Greater London quoted separately.

A fixed session fee covers the setups, and every extra colleague costs less than booking individually, so the bigger your team, the lower your cost per person.
Need to add someone on the day?
If the session has time, they're charged at the same per-person rate (see below). For teams at capacity, we'll arrange a second date or an individual session.
Missed the day, or a new starter?
A separate session is booked as an individual Business Headshot session.
